We usually get your order out the door within 1-5 business days. During sales and holidays, give us a little extra time. Your package’s journey time depends on where you’re located.

Yes, we do! Free US Shipping is available for orders over $100.

We use USPS and provide tracking on all US packages. Note: We don’t ship on Sundays or holidays.

First off, always double-check your address at checkout. If you catch the mistake before we ship, call us at (336) 618-7723 or email us at orders@elfinview.com with the subject line “URGENT SHIPPING CHANGE.” Include your order number and the correct address.

If the package has already shipped with the wrong address, we can’t cover any claims for it being lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered. You won’t get a refund or store credit for shipping charges either.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we’ll get in touch. You’ll need to cover a new shipping charge for us to resend it.

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also find this info by logging into your account on our website.

Sorry, no international shipping at this time.

We don’t ship there either.
