Elfin View Return & Refund Policy
At ElfinView, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below and follow the step-by-step guide to initiate the return process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Return Process
- Fill Out the Return Form: Please complete our online return form.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please retain the tracking number for your records and email it to us.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.
- Refund: Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any coupons, discounts, or shipping costs.
Important Considerations
- Non-Returnable Items: Bath & body items, soaps, and candles are final sale. For exceptions, please contact our customer service.
- Unacceptable Condition: We cannot accept returns of items that are worn, stained, altered, used, or have signs of wear, including animal hair or makeup stains.
- Coupon and Discount Policy: Refunds will not include the value of any coupons or discounts used on the original purchase. Coupons are single-use and cannot be applied to future purchases.
- Restocking Fee: A 5 % restocking fee will be applied to items returned that do not comply with our return policy. No refunds will be issued for non-compliant items.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
- The refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
- The refund amount will be calculated as follows: (Item cost – any coupons + sales tax) .
eGift Cards
- If you opt for an eGift card instead of a refund, you will receive an email with the eGift card code.
- The eGift card amount will be equal to: (Item cost – any coupons + sales tax).
- Once you receive the email, the eGift card is immediately available for use.
- Please note that eGift cards cannot be reloaded and do not expire.
